About Us
Nyaay Roshni Foundation was founded in September 2025 as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013, created with a simple yet powerful vision: to bring the light of justice to every individual, without barriers.
Our journey did not begin with a formal registration. It began years earlier, in community centres, legal aid work, classrooms, court corridors, and neighbourhoods where our founders and co-founders worked closely with several respected organisations, clubs and committees in the legal and social welfare space. Through these experiences, we witnessed first-hand the everyday struggles people face, confusion about their rights, lack of accessible legal help, and the silence that surrounds social injustices.
These interactions opened our eyes to a deeper truth: the gap between people and justice isn’t just legal, it’s emotional, educational, and structural. And closing this gap requires more than occasional support. It requires a dedicated, empathetic, and organised effort.
Nyaay Roshni Foundation was formed to be that effort.

Mr. Vivek Goyal graduated from Agra University in 1996 and has devoted over two decades to meaningful work in social service. Known for his steady approach and practical outlook, he believes social work is built on responsibility. He established this NGO to create a platform that could bring structure to his work and ensure that more people receive the guidance and support they deserve.
Mrs. Gunjan Goyal completed her graduation in 1997 and has since been deeply involved in social causes. Known for her calm leadership and empathetic approach, she believes that meaningful change begins with small, steady actions. Her decision to co-found this organization stems from her desire to channel her efforts into a structured platform to uplift communities.
Adv. Roshni Agarwal views law as a tool for social change. A graduate of Amity Law School with a Masters in Criminal Laws, she aspires to provide free legal aid to marginalized communities. She co-founded this NGO to ensure that the light of justice reaches every corner of society, driven by her dedication and compassion.
